At The Lad Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium bedding; if you aren't 100% happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unwashed condition and packaged in their original sleeves to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
